Pack Your Items

Securely place the unworn items with all original designer tags attached into the original shipping packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Affix the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
